This book and volume 1, are very good for those wanting to practice speaking understandable English and hearing the difference between the English vowels. Exercises shared orally with a partner remove the words from the printed page into the realm of oral communication. The accompanying cassette is helpful but not required.

I like this book very much, although I did not receive any audio components,
so I am missing a lot of the practice intended for the student. I need to find the audio or the teacher's manual.
